Recognized student clubs, groups, and Greek organizations must contact the Director or Assistant Director of Student Activities to schedule an event on campus.
Student Activities will work with you and reserve space on your behalf. In addition, they will discuss University policies and procedures governing events.
Faculty and staff wishing to hold an event on campus should contact the Office of Conference Services and Special Events (CSSE) for assistance.
We can assist with reserving the appropriate space necessary for your event, provide guidance on University policies and procedures governing events, and offer event management services.
